MortgageRateListings.com and its affiliates (collectively, "MortgageRateListings") expect all vendors, suppliers, contractors, and other business partners ("Suppliers") to conduct their business ethically and with integrity. This Supplier Code of Conduct ("Code") outlines our expectations and complements any contractual agreements, applicable laws, and internal policies.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
Suppliers are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where they operate, including but not limited to labor, employment, environmental, privacy, and anti-corruption laws.
HUMAN RIGHTS AND FAIR LABOR PRACTICES
MortgageRateListings is committed to human rights and equal opportunity. We expect our Suppliers to:Prohibit Forced Labor: Do not use or support any form of forced, bonded, or involuntary labor, including human trafficking.Fair Wages and Hours: Pay lawful wages, comply with applicable working hour laws, and provide all legally mandated benefits.Non-Discrimination and Respect: Operate a workplace free of harassment, abuse, and unlawful discrimination.Health and Safety: Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy working environment and comply with applicable safety regulations.
ETHICAL BUSINESS CONDUCT
Suppliers must maintain high ethical standards in all dealings:No Bribery or Corruption: Never engage in bribery, kickbacks, or other corrupt practices. Adhere to laws like the U.S. FCPA and UK Bribery Act.Intellectual Property: Respect the intellectual property rights of MortgageRateListings and others. Do not use MortgageRateListings trademarks or branding without prior written permission.Privacy and Security: Comply with all data privacy and security laws. Safeguard any sensitive or personal information shared.Transparent Records: Maintain accurate and transparent records of all transactions and operations.Gifts and Influence: Avoid offering gifts, favors, entertainment, or other items that may appear to influence a business decision involving MortgageRateListings.Personal Relationships: Disclose any known close personal or familial relationships with MortgageRateListings personnel involved in business decisions.
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
Suppliers are encouraged to operate sustainably and to:Follow applicable environmental laws and regulations.Minimize negative environmental impacts from operations.Promote practices that protect natural resources and public health.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Suppliers must protect all nonpublic, confidential, or proprietary information received from MortgageRateListings. This includes but is not limited to business plans, customer data, technology, and pricing. Confidential information should only be used for purposes directly related to the supplier relationship and must not be shared without written consent or legal obligation.
REPORTING CONCERNS
If you have concerns about potential violations of this Code or ethical questions about your relationship with MortgageRateListings, please raise them promptly with your primary contact or email support@mortgageratelistings.com.Violations of this Code may result in review, suspension, or termination of the business relationship. MortgageRateListings reserves the right to update or amend this Code at any time.
